Put candidates’ real-life communication skills to the test with a chat simulation assessment. Here’s how you can create one:

Create a template and click ’Add assessment’. Select ‘Chat simulations’.
Add your assessment title, review time, time limit, and instructions (if any). Review time is the amount of time a candidate has to review a question and the time limit is the amount of time a candidate has to finish the entire assessment.
Choose your preferred chat icon to represent the customer. You may add additional text or images if needed. Click ‘Save template’ to continue.
You’ll be taken to the template page, where you can click ‘Add question’.
Decide if you want the questions to be answered in short-answer or multiple-choice format.
If you select ‘Write answer’, put your question in the empty field.
If you select ‘Multiple choice’, put your question in the empty field.
Click ‘Add answer option’ to put in a possible answer.
Fill in your answer options and tick the right answer. If you make a mistake, click the bin icon to delete the answer option.
To add the same kind of questions, click ‘Add question’ and repeat the steps above.
When you’re done, click ‘Save template’.
