General: This format offers the most possibilities because it is the catch-all for our question types.
Skillswatch: Use this to test candidates on their listening skills and ability to capture information quickly and accurately. This is a particularly important test for those working in customer engagement.
Analytical: Use this to test candidates on their analytical skills. While the general format can do the same to a certain degree, the analytical format allows candidates to give longer answers and attach documents to help decipher a scenario. This format also allows you to give candidates a longer deadline.
Chat simulation: Use this to test candidates on their communication skills. This is particularly useful to see whether candidates can capture information properly and respond to conversations tactfully in a chat setting.
