It can be hard to keep track of all the candidates who have applied for a particular position. Here’s how to export your candidate list to stay on top of things.
Head to your desired position and locate the dropdown label ‘CSV’ next to the search bar. When you click on it, you will see three candidate lists you can download.
Here’s how they differ:
- Summary: Get the full picture at a glance. In this list, you get candidate ID, full name, email, rater completion, location, position, test name, rating, and scores, and application status.
- Full: Get the full breakdown down to the nitty-gritty details. In this list, you get candidate ID, full name, email, location, position, completion date, test name, question, answer, score, and grade, typing results, comments, country, and application status.
- Details: Get a thorough understanding of candidates through their assessments. In this list, you get candidate ID, full name, email, location, position, completion date, and test name, question, score, and grade.
Click on the list you want and it will automatically download.
